Submission Guidelines

Submissions must be made via email and should be:

  In electronic format and referenced with a list of cited works at the end if applicable. The referencing style of new issues of Cultivate is Harvard (please familiarise yourself with the Harvard style as implemented at the University of York, find details here). If you have any questions about referencing, please contact us. 

• 
  If you are submitting text, please do so in a Word Document so we are able to anonymise for reviewing.

• 
  Previously published work and work being considered for publication will not be accepted.

• 
  If you intend to submit audio or visual material, please send us an email detailing the proposed format for your submission so we can see how best to facilitate.

Cultivate operates under a Creative Commons 4.0 license, which allows for sharing non-commercially without derivation, and recognises the author as the owner of the published work.
